One of the finest jewelers that I have ever visited. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with great hospitality. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a fine timepiece or a diamond engagement ring. The selection is spectacular!
They are totally terrible. I stopped by the Fink's to size my new Breitling watch but I purchased the watch from another Breitling AD not the Fink's. They charged me $15 to size the watch. I visited the store because they were one of Breitling AD. A manager asked me a warranty card then I gave it (that is fully under 2 yr international warranty) to him. I had no idea why he asked me to show it if he charges me the damn $15 for the sizing. I know it is super easy to size the bracelet but I did not have a tool on my hands due to I was heading to a place I should go. Most of official AD provide complimentary sizing the bracelet even the watch has been purchased another location. However, they charged me $15 because I purchased the watch from another Breitling AD. I have never seen that unprofessional jewelry shop. After that, I have purchased a few Rolex watches but I went to another Rolex ad not the Fink's in Greensboro.

I have bought 3 watches from Ike and Mr Finks! Both Ike and his team are honest and great people to work with. The story does get busy but they always do there best to help everyone! So give them a try the great service is worth the trip to see Finks team... I am waiting on my 4th watch to come in!!
