Helpful friendly staff, I had jewelry repaired. When I picked up my jewelry it was repaired & look new again. Wasn't expensive and efficient

Only place I could find that was decent and open on a Saturday. Ring was available by the following Wednesday after a repair.

Jeweler is there Tuesdays and Fridays (as informed by staff). They even adjusted a warped ring for us for free on our way out.

Agreed upon only having 4 prongs fixed instead of the 8 it had, was quoted for the 4 at roughly $81. Wound up fixing all 8 - no price difference incurred on my end. A+++.

Very pleased! Had to have a ring set resized at the last minute and they came trough. Everyone that I engaged was very help and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Custom Jewelers.

If you want to support a business that is about honesty and integrity Custom Jewelers is not the place to go. I had earrings that were stolen from me then sold to Custom Jewelers. When informing them of my jewelry and also filing a police report they insisted I had to purchase my earrings back. Since I did not have a receipt, hence the fact they were a gift and given to me over 10years ago, I did not mind. However, upon my police report, Detective Alexander questioned me about other jewelry sold with my earrings but nothing was mine besides the earrings. The total amount the store purchased my earring for and the other miscellaneous items was $130.00. I received a phone call from the owner insisting the total amount was $180.00 and that was just specifically for my earrings. He also insisted he had paperwork to prove it. When I arrived to the business the owner was not present and I was presented with falsified documents and the forging of the sellers signature. Immediately I asked to see the original copy of the receipt. I was told there were none. I then asked if the seller was given $130 for all the items sold what was the price paid for for my earrings? I was again told $180. Looking at the documents you could clearly see $130 marked through and replaced with $180. I told the employee I will not buy anything back until I'm shown original receipts not altered documents. I received a call from the owner stating he made a mistake and the price was $130. I then explained if other things were sold that day and the seller was given $130 then it's impossible for my earring to have been purchased for $130 alone. I told him about the falsifying of documents, the forging of the sellers name, and the mark through of $130 replaced with $180. I also informed him I seeked legal advice from a lawyer and was told I don't have to purchase my item back, they should be given back, and the store would have to contact the seller of the items in seeking reimbursement. He insisted I was lying, but I took pictures of everything and had valid proof. Long story short I reported everything back to the detective working my case and he was able to get my earrings back because he felt as if they were trying to take advantage of me and was "up to something fishy." I later then found out that this store owner has faced serious felony charges for and not limited to "unlawfully, willfully and feloniously did, with the intent to embezzle and fraudulently and knowingly misapply and convert to his own use, take and make away with one square modified brilliant cut diamond (princess cut)… and 2 trillion cut emeralds weighing 0.44 carats each." If you would like to read more about that case go to google and type Custom Jewelers Greensboro legal and you can find multiple articles. Hope this saved you guys from any of the trouble from this store! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A GREAT JEWELRY STORE WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE I RECOMMEND FENTRESS JEWELRY COMPANY OFF SPRING GARDEN! They're more efficient, and way more professional and will be able to personally take care of your fine jewelry with a matter of hours depending on the work that needs to be done! Quick and easy and will try their best to exceed your expectations!

I will be back again if I need any more ring repairs.

Honest and extremely customer-oriented. I came here to get my girlfriend's pearl necklace clasp fixed, and the lady at the counter was exceedingly friendly and helpful. I hadn't even bought it here, but she still took it back to the jeweler several times to get it repaired, showed me how to use it, and refused to take any payment. The process was about ten minutes because she didn't feel it was fixed to her standards, and again it was just a wonderful experience - it would have cost $35 (that I was willing to pay) to get it restrung, and she still insisted that they just repair it for me because it was the honest thing.
