Everyone is so nice and friendly as long as you're buying something. But if you get a gift from someone and you already have it. You can kiss these so called ladies goodbye.. 1st you must have a receipt. We just want to exchange it.
Registers went down.Manager looked down and refused to engage. The store was full and we waited for an hour.
This store really went above and beyond. I ordered a charm from Pandora online. The ordered shows up in the system as shipped but was never received by UPS. After calling multiple times and emailing twice we decided to stop by the store in Greensboro. It turns out they are a franchisee and not directly associated with the online store. They gave me the charm and a number to call to get everything sorted out. Thank you Kim for your help today.
I drove 45 minutes to get a present from this store, because it is the nearest one to me, just to find out that they closed the shop 3 hours early...
