Dr. Regal and staff are wonderful professionals. They always smile and made me comfortable during my visits. Dr. Regal, with great compassion and outstanding communication he made sure I understand and answered my questions. He truly does care. Highly recommended.
This place goes above and beyond. One particular instance was when I had a cast changed and my leg had swollen so the cast had gotten too tight. I called, they worked me in THAT day and offered a great solution to the problem. I've needed multiple doctor letters and once again, Dr. Wagner has come through.
I had the most pleasurable experience this morning at Triad Foot Center in Greensboro. This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised when a staff person took me back at the actual time of my appointment and service began immediately. They were courteous, professional and personable. From the front desk to Dr Regal. He spent time actually educating me about my condition and what my treatment options were. I left feeling I had received exceptional care. Thanks Lisa, Cathy, Jessica, Melody, Melanie and of course Dr. Regal.
You need to think twice before using these people. If you do, your foot/feet will be in worse shape than they were before you went. And they will charge you a fortune for doing absolutely nothing.. Hyatt is the one I saw... And when you call about the bill, they can't even explain it... They are totally useless. I think the main problem is that they are a part of Cone Hospital who charges as much as they can get away with, for doing next to nothing...
From the office staff, to the nurses, to the doctors everyone has been very helpful and supportive. I first visited the offices for Achilles tendinitis pain in both feet and Dr. Hyatt helped in many ways. Then a few months later I suffered a rupture in my left Achilles while running. The on-call doctor was super informative and the office worked very hard to get me seen the next available day. The doctors were speedy to have my MRI completed and surgery scheduled. I had the privilege of having both Dr. Hyatt and Dr. Wagner. The surgery has been a success; and the healing process has been great.
I have been going to Triad Foot Center since 1997. I have seen Dr. Regal. He has done three surgery's in that time. He is a great doctor and friend. His staff is one of the best. They all are so helpful and concerned about your care. I can honestly say you cant go wrong if you choose this office. Thank you for all yall have done for me over the years!
