This place is superb. They are great if you are having back pain. HOWEVER THEY CHARGED ME FOR SEVERAL THINGS THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE. THEY CHARGED ME FOR SEVERAL INJECTIONS THAT I DID NOT GET. I CALLED THEM AND TALKED WITH THEM ABOUT THIS AND THEY SAID THAT THEIR RECORDS SHOW THAT I RECEIVED THEM. A PERSON KNOWS WHEN THEY GET SHOTS IN HIS BACK. I COULD NOT CONVINCE THEM THAT THEY BILLED ME WRONG OR THEY GOT ME MIXED UP WITH SOME ONE ELSE. COST ME 163.00 OUT OF POCKET FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED. WHAT DO YOU DO. YOUR WORD AGAINST THEIRS.
They are not agreeable to certain insurance and their receptionist was rude to me.
There staff is hard to get in touch with and I think there are short staff I am waiting for my surgery since October 25 and now I find out insurance denying my surgery not from Dr office !!! Time for new surgeon with better office staff can work with you !! I wondering Dr or any one in charge know how sorry staff working there !!! Thanks for nothing I am leaving !!
I took my daughter to their practice on Friday August 11 for a recurring back & neck problem that she has had for over 10 years. They left her in an exam room for almost 2 hours,and was never checked on until I yelled at the staff. The doctor appeared within 2 minutes and gave her a quick 5 minute exam and sent her away with basic prescriptions. What a waste of time and energy. I wouldn't go there with a splinter.
My name is Mike Church, I went to S&SS in September of 2017. I was told upfront what my out of pocket cost would be. To me this is important because I don't like unpleasant surprises. The first thing that really got my attention was without asking I was given a copy of my MRI. This is unheard of! It is like pulling teeth to get a copy of your MRI from the average Dr. The next great thing was that Dr. Cohen was honest and upfront about my MRI and condition. Unlike most of the Orthopedic "butchers", he didn't suggest surgery. Lastly, he took ample time to explain and discuss various problems and options to help my condition. 5 STAR and A+ Thanks
