Junky Prices Too High Not Enough Cashiers I Stood In Line for 25 mins..
The managers at this location somehow got a job as managers while lacking social skills and have a limited vocabulary. They think everyone is out to get a discount and try everything to not speak to a customer even if it's just a question. I gave it a 2 because I actually do like TJMaxx but I will not be stopping by this location any more.
Larger than other tjm stores I have visited, staff is very friendly.
Their employees are rude! I was trying to return something and their cashier told me they didn't carry that brand and I didn't get it there. Excuse me!? Tj maxx carries just about every brand from low to very high end name brands. Not every store gets the same products either so who is she to say they don't have that brand. I most certainly did buy the item there so the fact that she had the audacity to incinuate that I was lying about it really struck a nerve. Its sad because I really love tj maxx but this employee left a bad taste in my mouth.
