Overcharge me and don’t want to return money.. tell me to go bank in order to return my money. Receipt won’t send even tho I put right email. And not able to print receipt Incase put wrong email. This store not deserve 1 rating.
I recently had a job with Dillards. I loved the job and the people there were great and I was doing the same thing I done for Belk. Some of the people were left overs from when it was Belk. I worked at Belk in the same store in the Four Seasons mall for a year and then they closed or I would still be there, now the "new" Dillards is there. I worked there for one week. My problem was a crappy background from 2000ish. It took me six months to get a job, only to be turned loose for something so far in my past and had nothing to do with Dillards and it was a plea bargain, it was no bargain. I worked a Burlington Coat Factory before Belk. My point here is that, I wish Dillards would adopt the same practice of giving someone a second change of a bright future instead of bringing up bad news and being turned away for it as if it was something new. Staff seemed to agree, inc management..thats all

I went here to look for prom dresses, and when I got to the prom section, it actually was better than many actual prom stores I went to. There was a large selection of absolutely beautiful dresses. I didn't see even one I did not like. I ended up with two gorgeous dresses, and it was so hard picking one, but I bought my dress here today! It was cheaper than most places too, just over 100 dollars for such a lovely dress! I am super pleased with the dresses and the prices, and the customer service attendant was kind and tried to be as helpful as possible. Thank you Dillard's for my senior prom dress!
Abby and Amanda the store mgr. are very rude that should not be conducting business for Dillard's , all I needed was the address to send back a watch that I purchased at there store. And they told me I had to get it my self. I practically he'd to beg Amanda for the address and then she would say it real fast. Then when I asked her to slow down she started spelling each word out really really slow then she got mad when I asked her not to say the address real slow like that. Needless to say I won't be spending any of my hard earned money at this store any more If this is how I get treated after they get my money.
