Should have never cancelled there catlog business. Now Amazon is killing Sears with there online catalog type of business
Now, I am sure that Sears is no longer a viable company. I have just left the auto center at Friendly Center.
DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM SEARS! We spent over $1000 on a new Kenmore elite dishwasher and it's growing mold at the bottom, smells horrid and is blowing black mold all over the dishes my 3 child are supposed to be eating off of! Sears is refusing to replace even though it's under warranty!
I needed a brake check because my brake light was on. I entered the store at 1:45PM. I told the cashier that I needed a brake check. She said, you need to set up an appointment. I said, that's fine-- what time do you close? She said 6:00PM. She then told me that she couldn't schedule the brake check in 4 hours and 15 minutes;and that, there was only one service technician. This is at Friendly Center one of the largest shopping centers in the state. The one star rating was undeserved: It should be less than one star.
Ordered item for store pick up email came in saying product was here they can’t find product After 30 minutes,asked me to come back again. Can’t find product or manager.
I had a great experience here. I received the help I needed right away and the sales person answered all my questions thoroughly when most would've gotten annoyed so I'm grateful! Will be back soon!
