I visited Rue 21 in Four Seasons Mall July 21st around 8:30 and it was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I had found a few things and my hands were very full and I mistakingly put something back in the wrong place. As someone who has worked in retail before I can understand how frustrating this is especially right before close. The sales associate there, a short girl with long brown hair, made sure I knew how frustrated this made her. She shot me a dirty look and made a big show of walking over to put it in the correct place. When I asked her assistance in getting something hanging up high she pursed her lips and wordlessly stalked away. As someone who works in customer service I could never imagine treating a customer with such a rude attitude. Needless to say I put down all of my potential purchases and left without buying anything and I will not be returning to Rue 21.
