Excellent store for buying gently used children clothing and toys for exceptional prices. Not a good place to sell items, though, as I could have earned more money selling my items online or via a yard sale. I highly recommend this store for purchases, though!
I stop by to drop of some cloths. They do NOT have experienced staff to decide yes or no on cloths. They need experience shoppers that have shopped for children's cloths . I had a decent amount of cloths to drop off. They took a cheap pair is flats from Target and NOT a name brand pair of girls pink cowboy boot, I spent 100 on the boots Puergason. They were worn maybe 4 times by my daughter BRAND NEW condition.
I shop here because its easy to find my 2 girls jeans. But the atmosphere isn't sensitive to diversity. They say that clothes with no stains are accepted. Yet I watched them except stained clothing from a Caucasian woman. But when the African American woman inquired about why her clothes were refused, they replied that it had stains. Two Caucasian woman checked put before us and they were given details about a sale and offered coupons. When I got to the cpunter and asked, they said they didn't know about a sale. The owner should really check this and the music they play in the store. Last time I walked out because the lady on the radio was signing about sexing her man all night. And I had to explain stuff to my 8 yr old.
Friendly staff, great deals and good product. I love being able to bring in my kids clothes and get cash the same day! The wait is long buy they have so many people dropping off. It takes time so be patient!!
While selection of items for shopping can be helpful, the selling items to Once Upon A Child process is poor. Multiple visits with various items have taken anywhere from 2-5 hours, which is extremely burdensome for those with newborn/young children. In addition to the time, we have taken several items that were not worn or used and were told they were too used to be sold.

They passed in them and took the crapy flats from Target. IN addition to some other passes in high end cloths Seems they go by there taste instead of a Mommy's taste. HORRIBLE!!! Also in my observation, they were some friends that dropped off junk and it was accepted
