I needed a suit wanted to get measurements.Didn't see any salespersons in men's section. I went to the tailoring section in the back and asked the two men tailors could I get measured? First they looked at each other like they didn't understand English. Then I think he asked me what for? If you're a tailor what you think I need a measurement for. Don't waste your time go to the one in Charlotte they greet you at the door ready to get your wardrobe professionally suited for your needs!
Joshua was an awesome associate and Jackie was extremely helpful in taking my measurements for an ensemble that I needed for a downfall work event. I was frustrated and ready to leave, but these two associates rendered service that exceeded my expectations. Awesome...
