My favorite store in this Shopping Center. It is always a pleasing experience. The young lady who helped me during this visit went out of the way to try to find my size in a shirt I wanted. She even checked the back looking for it. I love a place with great customer service. Don't mind giving them my money at all!
Horrible customer service! I called this store and asked if they had any PINK semi annual sale clothing left and the lady asked me to hold so I did. I was on hold for 15 minutes when I finally ended the call. I then called back and let it ring for 3 minutes and no one answered. I just called one more time and still no one answered. For starters you shouldn't have to place someone on hold for a question as simple as the one I asked! Second, don't place someone on hold when you have no intentions of ever picking the phone back up!
This is one of my favorite places to shop in store vs online. This year it was a flop for the body lotions & body mists...unless you're trying to spend 25$ pp...wasnt feeling it this yr. Will try again next yr
Not understanding of any of the negative reviews because all my experiences here have been as best as retail could be. The staff does even more than they should trying to help and that's much appreciated. I had one employee behind the counter (younger, + gorgeous) even taking her time to try to help me find a product online so I could order it to match the swim bottoms I found. Such respect for the customers and patience.
Went here yestrurday bought a shirt for 30 tie dye and 5 underwears and 2 pink body mist and 2 vs body mist. And got the free cooler
