When it was time to sell, I knew there was no one else I wanted to work with. Karen not only got our place under contract quickly but she again was an advocate for our interests. We live in Raleigh now, so the distance was a concern but Karen took on a lot of the responsibilities of organizing everything so that we didn't have to make trip after trip out there time and time again. Once again, the other party's bank was a bit of a problem, and Karen went to bat for us to the point where I doubt we would've closed at this point with anyone else.
I cannot recommend Karen enough to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Triad - she absolutely has your interests at heart and my only regret is that she doesn't work in Raleigh.
