They swindle their clients out of an *extra* 1% commission (in addition to the 3% commission) as an extra administrative fee paid by the seller at closing. Don’t be confused, Jason is greedy and slick. This extra isn’t being paid for by the seller, it’s really included in the purchase price. You’re financing that extra fee across 30-years.
Do they disclose this? NO! Of course not. A greedy liar and cheat would never disclose this upfront.
