Some of the drivers are rude & today he was rude & the cab was dirty. He gets really rude because I had a credit card and didn't have cash on me . I call to ask for a cab to come get me from wendover & they tell me they won't be able to do that ...
This would be my first time calling to make inquiries but the lady I spoke too shouldn't be answering the phone at all. Bad customer service. She didn't let me finish what I was going to ask and she just concluded she was going to send taxi to my house. Very rude and saucy. Glad I never used this cab services and will never make use of it. Trash
Driver came with his 2 young children in the backseat and had the audacity to hit on me the whole drive. Never again!!
