Kids had a blast, first time coming they actually give you socks, you dont have to pay extra for them, does have 6 and under zone so that was good..snack bar was def easy to keep eyes on the kids
I took my son and about 5 of his friends for his birthday. When we get there we try to check in and I'm asked are all the kids mine sarcastically because I had kids of 3 different races with me, so of course they are not all my children. The "manager" then tells me that I need to have each parent of each child go onine and fill out a wavier. So after about 20 minutes of contacting each parent and getting each wavier done, she makes sure that the guy who is now at the counter calls her over to make sure we had each parent to do it. Then she ask each kid his birthday and his mom's name to make sure they matched on the wavier, then she walks off and let the guy at the counter continue to check us in. It wasn't the policy that bothered me so much it was the attitude and sarcasm of the "manager". Her attitude sucks!
My family frequents this establishment often. Birthday parties school events etc. I gave it a 1 because I had to. Last evening I took my son and 4 other kids. For beginners the Big trampoline was closed because a child threw up, limiting the space the kids could jump. If that wasn’t enough a grown man threatened my 12 year old son, his daughter called my son deragatory names. Upon confronting management, who was helpful and spoke with said individuals, he admitted he said it, however, was allowed to stay in the park making it fearful for me, my son and the 4 other children I had with me. Upon calling the police, the man had already left. It was such a horrific experience. I will not take my child or any child back until this is resolved if then. WATCH YOUR KIDS! This man had a ball in his hand as to throw it at the children. Not enough staff to not let it escalate. Very disappointed as we loved going there. Guess we will find another establishment since this one is out of control.
We chose the Jump After Dark because that sounded like more fun and it was a blast! There are tons of things glowing everywhere, including the staff, and the kids have more fun if they're glowing too (so dress them in white and neon). There are at least 8 different activities including dodgeball, basketball, rock wall and foam pit. You will need extra money for the human hamster balls and the archade. You will need to have the socks, so if you're purchasing online, go ahead and include them in your ticket.
My boys loved it, there was no security, the kids could just walk out. So keep an good eye on your children.
