LOVE THIS PLACE... every sales associate is not only knowledgeable but very helpful and will do their best to find you a discount if at all possible I drive all the way across town and pass a PetSmart just to go to them.

The manager took note of the line of customers waiting to ring out without a cashier there... he asked us to have patience as they were redesigning the store for Christmas. 5 people in line to pay. He took 2 other employees and went on to measure shelving units almost 20 minutes in line... Hope the store looks good cause I won't be back.
This place is great! The staff recognizes us every time we come in and are aways welcoming and friendly. They are nice to our dogs and try to recommend the best food for our pups. They have a huge selection of toys and bones which is half the reason why I go here, and their prices are great compared to PetSmart. I always have a coupon (they send them by email quite frequently) and every couple months, they mail me a "free 35 lb bag of food" coupon!! You can't beat that!!

Prices are great and supplies for pets are well stocked. But the staff's knowledgeable and attentiveness toward the customers needs and questions are far greater than others, pls. fish lovers, don't go to PetSmart, they don't need customers, have no time to answer questions and could care less about the fish or making a sale of items in their tanks. Shout out to Lakaela, forgive me if spelling of her name is wrong. She is a helpful, patient and friendly go to associate, she knows her stuff! She went above average in her job duties to where nowhere else did in ordering the size and type of fish that I was seeking, and in no time they were shipped to the store, saving me of my time and effort to have to seek anywhere else..that alone makes this my store for all my pet needs.
The aquarium section is awesome, fish suppliers and care of their tanks far surpasses other pet stores in the area.
