I'm not the kind of person who writes reviews but, this restaurant definitely deserves one. Primos Pizza has provided my friends and I with the best service and setting you can ask for. Their service is pleasant and relaxed. The food is served in a friendly and great atmosphere .The staff is very friendly, always understanding what i'm asking for, very patient and helpful. Even though, this restaurant is far away from where I live, it won't stop me from eating there again. It's a DEFINITE go to and very much recommended!!!
I've never written a review before, but this place deserves one. I ordered boneless wings (primos special sauce) and they were AMAZING. I also ordered cheese sticks, but they were just average. Good food and fast delivery. Great customer service!
Really enjoyed the last delivery, it's a shame I'm unfortunate to make any requests of placing orders anytime soon, but because of the last nice employees working with me to deliver my orders in such a politely manner; I'd like to say thank you very much. I've ordered from herw once and the counter guy was rude. They didn't honor my discount even after the app contacted them and told them to give my the discount. Rude and the food was nasty.
Worst customer service ever! Like terrible! Awful!! Pitiful! Disgraceful! ALL employees there are extremely dishonest and won't even give their name when you ask for it. The food sucks also, which makes it worse. It's pretty much a convenience store that sells pizza. If you have any issues with your order or service, no need to let them know because they do NOT CARE! Worst pizza shop in the county. Easily.
