If I could give a minus I would. We ordered by phone on a Sunday evening at 7:00. My husband went to pick the pizza up around 15 minutes later it was not ready. He saw 3 different people walk in and order and get their pizzas and he kept asking about our order. The gal there just kept saying she had no way of knowing what was happening. She wouldn't even check until 40 minutes later and saw our ticket just sitting there, they never even made the pizza!!!!!!!!! Almost an hour later he came home with no pizza and she never even apologized to him. Wow!! That will never happen again.

I like there pizza better than all of the local chain pizza places. Much better than the mediocre New York wannabe pizza places that are near me.
Update!!! Order two pizzas. Waited at home.20 minutes before I went to pick up the pizza. 10 minutes drive to store. Pay and am told that the pizza will be right up. Waited 35 minutes and when I finally asked about the order I was told it was just about to be MADE!!! So the pizzas we not even in the oven after one hour and five minutes. Complete unexceptionable. I was given a sorry and a costomer loylity card fora free pizza. Needless to say I won't be using it.
Fast service and very good pizza. The lady at the cash register was also very nice. I will definitely return.
When this place was new, they were great! Not sure if they have the same manager or not, but the quality of food has changed. Store isn't kept clean and tidy. One of the kitchen crew that makes pizza's consistently wipes his hands on his apron. Shouldn't the pizza makers be washing their hands.
