The pizza is good but the service is terrible! The lady whoa answers the phone is absolutely disrespectful and its been over a hour and a half on my delivery. This has happened twice. I gave it a second chance because of the pizza but I will no longer order from this establishment. I've been hung up on one too many times mid sentence.
Placed order online through Grubhub. Was updated that my food should be ready for pickup between 10:00-10:10pm. Went in at around 10:13pm, and the rude cashier who looked as if she couldn't be bothered to do her job correctly, while on the phone with another customer, asked me what I had and yelled back at the cook (I'm guessing a manager or owner) and his response was it's coming out. At 10:30 after people who had come in after me had left with their food, I asked to get my money back. She asked if I paid by card then yelled back and said "she want you". He didn't bother to look up from what he was doing as I asked for my money back and explained to him that almost 20 minutes ago he told me it was coming out. He then rushed to get my order together and argued with me that he said he was working on it before not that it was coming out. Not a good experience at ALL in store, and I promise this will be the last time I step foot in this place or order from here.
Took forever to deliver a personal pizza and bacon cheese fries. My pizza was cool but didn't take as bad... BUT my bacon cheese fries were horrible! The cheese tastes terrible and was liquid which pissed me off because the fries were already soggy & the bacon was nasty and turkey bacon they could at least advertise that the bacon they use would be turkey bacon. I'll never order from here again and I don't see why anyone else would!
I ordered steak and cheese plus small pepperoni stromboli for delivery. Food was hot and more than why we expected!
Found hair in my Chocolate cake. When I called to I was very respectful didn’t use one curse word. The girl who answered the phone was rude and put me on hold for 10 minutes. When the manager got in the phone he called me a liar and said the hair was probably mines. It was red straight hair I have brown curly hair. He called me a stupid b and hung up in my face. Had never had a problem till then. Bad customer service.
