I have never had a bad experience with delivery to a hotel until now. I placed an order over the phone and was advised of the price up front which was $4 more than what the special was. The person on the phone who spoke broken English said it would be 40 minutes for delivery. After an hour of waiting I called back twice before someone answered. He said delivery would be in five to three minutes. When the delivery lady showed up ten minutes later, she short changed me. I asked her as she walked off is that the way it is for getting a tip? I was actually going to give her the full amount of change until she just walked off. She turned around and began cursing me in the hallway of the hotel. I will NEVER order from this place again! The best way to get back for lousy service is to never go back!!! I can't even get them to answer the telephone so I can make a formal complaint. So public here it is..
My pizza was hot and my steak and cheese sub was awesome. My order was on time and the delivery person was very nice. Also the owner is really funny and provides good food and service.
Food was forty minutes late. Delivery driver took my money and ran. Why you ask? He didn't bring the salad. I got robbed by a pizza place. What a joke.
