The room was clean and comfortable. I slept so peacefully. The shower felt great! We checked in really late and the check in process was smooth. I would recommend this hotel.
Needed it for a night. Surprised to see the room service menu options which was cool but didn't need it as I ate before I checked in at 945pm. Place was clean which is top of my list. Comfort is the second and it was. AC was a tad bit loud for those sensitive sleepers. Im not. Slept like a baby. Bathroom was huge and clean. Decor doesn't bother me at all but for those who care...its decent.
Outside is sketchy. My room was extremely clean and the staff was friendly and quick during check in, although I didn't have any interactions with them outside of them.
We left and went to another hotel. Black mold, stains everywhere, room air thick with deodorizer to the point of tasting it, etc. My pictures show the condition. The Greensboro airport location is MUCH cleaner.
Room numbers facing out the back of building Two seems a little desolate. Security maybe a concern for some. The area in general is good, however. Room was clean and adequate. Front desk service was okay. We were arriving late and the instructions for getting to the room were inadequate. Check out in the morning was professional and friendly.
