This place is absolutely disgusting. Im staying today (12/30/17) and unfortunately am staying tomorrow night as well. The lobby is beautiful but the TWO rooms I had (after requesting a room change, which is something I would never do) were horribly outdated, there were hairs and crumbs all over the tiny double beds, the mirror in the second room was almost falling off, the furniture was outdated, everything is yellow and made of wood in all rooms.

I can’t believe how bad the rooms here are and I will never stay here again. I’m actually offended that this hotel thinks this is okay. This is not the service I expect from a Marriott, the rooms literally appear to be from a cheap motel.

They gave me a room that was already booked. I walked in and there were clothes everywhere and someone in the bathroom. How is it even possible that they didn't know there were people in that room? They knocked 25 bucks per night off my rate for the inconvenience. There were hairs all over the wall of the shower in the new room, like it was cleaned hastily, which was gross. The pillows were not good, which was a huge disappointment, but the room itself was decent with plenty of space and a desk. After my first night, I left at 8:30am and when I got back at 5:15pm my room still had not been cleaned. The floor in the hallway smelled like it got wet but was never cleaned, like mildew-y, multiple people on the floor remarked the same. The best part about the hotel is that it is close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and office buildings, but I don't believe I'll stay there again when I go back to Greensboro. I was there for 4 nights for work.

Please stay anywhere but here. The location, lobby and staff are great, but the rooms are so gross it makes my skin crawl.

Great location if you are looking for something downtown. Very nice staff and good accommodations. Parking deck next to the hotel which they reimburse you for. My only real complaint is that I feel the rooms need updated

Finding a free parking spot is somewhat difficult when just having drinks, however the atmosphere was delightful. I could hear my own conversation while still enjoying the music in the background. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Did not stay, but coordinated with the staff to deliver a package for an incoming visitor. Wow, super service and very accommodating. Great location for anything to do down town. Easy to get to, but entry is not in an obvious location. I would definitely have this hotel on the list if I were staying in Greensboro NC.

On top of that, it smells weird, and the rooms are incredibly small and dirty. There are stains absolutely everywhere. I thought it was just my first room, but the second room was just as bad, though slightly bigger.

There is no free WiFi, although they advertise as such.
