Very nice atmosphere. Breakfast was convenient and tasty. Enjoyed our stay
The service was great. Everyone was helpful. The breakfast was lovely. My only issues were: the water smelled like there was mold either in the pipes or tank, there was no vent fan in the bathroom, the blackout curtains we're difficult to maneuver so I was forced to choose where in my room I wanted the line of light to be and, though the rooms were non-smoking, the hall smelled of stale cigarettes. The room was comfortable and spacious, which was just what we needed after the day of driving we'd had.
Always enjoy my stay here. The staff is very plesant and professional. From the front desk to housekeeping, they always make you feel welcome.
Breakfast food was not good. It water for shower was just warm enough to actually take shower. Bathroom counter was tiny and curtain rod to close curtain was broke. The hotel was clean and quiet but that was best part of stay.
Extra little sofa in the room. Best breakfast we've ever had in a motel. An elevator. Different selections in different vending machines. Clean, all amenities. Great rates! e.g. $85 for three people. Outstandingly courteous, helpful staff; was asking names, only as one person was just as nice as the rest, no need. Went the extra mile as a matter of course. I think I have been spoiled now; this diva may only be going to Best Western Pluses from now on!
