Tonya, Tonya & Tonya - she made our stay the best. I had made reservation error - she fixed it and I was able to use free night & early check in! Her personable manner made my weekend!
Stayed there because we needed a reasonably priced hotel to stay in to go A&T’s homecoming. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We saw 2 roaches in 24 hours! One was crawling in the chair and the other one crawling above the head board of the bed! The room reeked of mold and mildew! You can clearly see it had water damage. The chair was old and had a huge tar stain on it! It should have been thrown in the trash! The refrigerator was leaking water. The hair dryer was broke. The bath towels are too small to wrap around your body! There is no closet and the bathroom is so small they had to put the sink outside of it! We were afraid to leave anything on the floor and had to shake all of our belongings out before packing them up to go! I am praying there are not any roaches going back home with us!! I never write reviews! But am writing this one on the road to be sure I don’t forget to write it when I get back home! The only positive thing I have to say is that the customer service from the front desk staff was good! I DO NOT recommend this hotel!
I enjoyed my stay at the Red Roof Greensboro Airport. The staff were really friendly and helpful. And I love the desk in the superior king room. Very good for doing reports and work on my computer.
The fridge nor microwave worked in the first room we got. The man at the desk was not very friendly in resolving the issue. The lady i spoke with that afternoon kindly moved us into another room with no hassle at all. You wont find the beds or breakfast decent and the wifi isnt really worth trying to use either. I would advise finding a different motel unless this is the only thing in your budget.
This place has BED BUGS . Never will I ever go back here. I left and got refund. Will not sleep with no bugs. Disgusting!!! Worst service of my life. I advise NO one to stay here. YUCK YUCK YUCK
