The front desk people at this hotel we're wonderful. We came into Greensboro to go to the Eagles concert I mentioned this at the front desk and the wonderful gal said well why don't I get a shuttle for you guys I said hey that would be great! And it was great the shuttle picked us up at the door and drop this back off. The hotel is staying refurbished so there may be some rooms that are a little older but it's very clean and the beds are wonderful very firm and comfortable. Our only complaint would be the breakfast area they could use a couple of more tables and the little bit more variety in the choices of cereals.
Renovations has really made this hotel a tremendous difference. Bright lights make it feel alot safer. Nice floors & new bed spreads also.
Stayed on the second floor for one night. The room was nice and well maintained. The room was carpeted, but wasn't wet or sticky like other places I have stayed. Noise from outside and neighbors was very minimal. Was able to bring our dog with us as well. Would recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.
The rooms, from a quick inspection, appear n nice and clean; however, on a closer inspection my wife and I were left wondering if the sheets have been changed. Either they had not been changed or they are stained beyond repair. My best suggestion is to bring you own pillows and blankets. In still, I guess this place is exactly what you should expect from an economically priced room.
It's was nice and quiet. Did my 2nd anniversary here. Clerks at the front desk was very helpful.
