Very modern hotel with nice rooms and appropriate amenities. Its location is good if you don't need to be downtown. breakfast was not free but we did have some and it was very good... Most of it made to order.
Very friendly front desk staff. Facility was super clean. The room was spotless and comfy. Breakfast was very good. I got one of the made to order omelettes and enjoyed our very much. I will stay at this location again on my next visit to Greensboro.
Came here for a small business meeting. The entrance was clean and nice. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Coffee smelled great as you walked in and they had an array of breakfast treats out for you. The conference room was furnished with water and coffee. Very clean as well. Spacious and opened and easy to access. Bathrooms were nice and had plenty of room in stalls. The business center that I used had everything an office would need. Everything worked great. Overall, a great experience.
Stayed here with 6 work colleagues. Every morning we complained to each other about the air conditioning that wouldn't turn off. The Front desk agent was wonderful and tried her best to help, but the system is jacked up so it was an extremely cold night and hard to sleep because of it (and seems to be a hotel-wide issue because we were all on different floors during our stay). Otherwise, the place is clean, the staff is extremely friendly, the beds/bedding are comfortable and it's a central location.
Best hotel experience I could of asked for. Their check in was so quick and easy. The rooms were clean and so comfy. Then the breakfast, oh my goodness. So delicious and the waitresses were friendly, helpful and kept feeding me. However, all of the hotel staff was fabulous. There was nothing negative I could say about this hotel.
