Great location. Long (30 minute) check in. We arrived 15 minutes before the front desk closed and without any prior notification, the desk attendant said they were in the process of cancelling our reservation. Room had kitchenette, but no iron and ironing board?? Bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned and bedding had holes and stains. Took us a long time to figure out the TV: apparently the guests before us hooked a device to the TV and housekeeping didn't change it back to the correct input to view channels. I never hung my "do not disturb" sign and got no housekeeping, however I seen a housekeeper a few doors up at around 1:30pm (very late compared to every other hotel I've stayed). Walking from my room towards the stairs and elevator, I seen a tall large trash can completely over flowing with trash, which led me to believe that it was neglected for an unacceptable amount of time. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. It was a good low price, but very poor quality for a Choice Hotel brand.
Clean, comfortable, quiet, staff are very friendly and accommodating, no smell of cigarette smoke, laundry facilities clean and tidy. No bad points at all, would greatly recommend staying here,
Not a terrible place to stay. Did not get a trash can for the room. >:( Does have a light breakfast at desk.

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The only disappointing thing was the complimentary breakfast. I wasn't expecting a hot bar but I was definitely expecting more than a few individually wrapped muffins and packets of quick grits. Everything else was wonderful.
