Drive up, wait for a few, walk in and some guy in street clothes is yelling at a girlfriend on the phone. He doesn't even lookup, so I step to the front of the counter (one enters through the door to behind the counter). I then get tired of waiting and go back to my car. Only then does the guy come out (apparently now he is an employee) and yells at me for walking "behind" the counter. I assured him that I would never be back. They didn't offer same day service anyway and the place looked dirty. Went right down the street to Cleaner World where they had two pleasant staff that actually met me at my car and said it would be ready by 4.
