They did a horrible job on my dress.
They are awesome, we take are cleaning to them for work and they have things all nice and neat for us. ..
I brought a dress to them after I wore it for an event. It came back with a large stain/burn mark on the back. I took it back and the lady at the front told me to speak to the manager. I did that and then he put me off on to his boss. After over a month of them trying to fix it and putting if off they told me it was my fault and they would not refund me. I have been going here for years and have never had a problem but I will no longer be using them or any other cleaner world after this incident. Customer service is everything and they have terrible customer service.
Manager is a very helpful young man ! They do an amazing job !
I called A Cleaner World today was asked could I hold for a minute. Held the line for 15 minutes no one came back to phone I hung up tried to call back several times and got busy signal.
