Prices are higher then all stores. Honestly won't be buying what we wanted to buy from them when we found it cheaper and from more pleasant people.

Can't set up specific time frames for delivery when I got the initial delivery of the refrigerator was dented so I had to refuse delivery and pick another day. Also the sales associate who set up my financing didn't give me an option even though I was approved for a credit card and in house financing instead just set me up for in-house financing that had a 22% interest rate luckily I got the credit card in the mail and was able to have a manager transfer my balance to that card if it wasn't for the manager I would have rated this zero stars

Okay, so typical furniture store... Sales make commissions so even if you ask to speak with someone specifically they will pretty much force you to talk with them instead.
HORRIBLE!! Stay away or take your chances. Customer service is great till they get your money. I went here several timea trying to make a decision on a living room and each time the customer service was great. Then, after paying for and receiving my living room furniture, the problems started. A section of the loveseat didn't have any stuffing/filling in it. Someone came out , looked at it, took pictures and said they sent a report to have it replaced. I called and was given an excuse, but finally they came to exchange it, but they brought a sofa and not a loveseat. So, then I was told I had to go to the store for a manager to resolve the problem. So, I went and talked to an assistant manager who said it would be corrected. And, If I didn't hear anything by the next day, call her back. I didn't hear anything, called her, left a message and nothing. Then, the sales person called and told me she would get with the manage rand ca me back by the end of the day. I heard nothing for a few days, so went back to the store. It was disappointing, to say the least, I only heard excuses from the assistant manager and sales person. Finally, I did get the section replaced, but guess what? It has an imprint on it that is not going away. So, this time I wrote the company to describe the problems I have encountered. I described the whole situation and stated I still needed the section corrected. I hadn't heard for a few days, so I checked the status of my complaint today and it stated it was solved!!! hahaha, this whole company is ridiculous. You will be taking your chances when dealing with them. I say , stay away!!!
