I am so amazingly please with my new living room purchase. I had been in the store on and off since the opening just browzing! Had an idea, but never really landed a deal. Came in to purchase nice but inexpensive furniture for my engineering firm. I worked with the general manager to find beautiful items in my price range. I would like to say after searching high and low for new a bedroom set, I finally found what I was looking for. Not only was the furniture affordable but I had a great salesman name Ernest. From the start , he was very professional and did his best to meet my needs and willing to work with me. And most of all he wasn't pushy or trying to hit me with salesman pitch. Ernest was such a great salesman that I not only did I purchase a bedroom set but furnished my livingroom and purchased kitchen table. Great job Ernest and keep up the good work.
To make a frustrating story short.. I was assisted by a salesman and he provided me with a quote for a sectional. The pricing was awesome and I asked him to verify it to make sure it was correct. He assured me that it was. I advised him that I would return the next day to purchase. When I returned the same gentleman assisted me and we went over everything to finalize the sale. I get to the register and process my credit card to pay for everything. When the paperwork prints out it only shows a wedge which is only one piece of the sectional. Come to find out he quoted me for one section of the sectional even after I asked him to verify the price on 2 different occasions/2 different days. The owner was there and was aware of the issue. They failed to honor the quote for the complete unit that was given even after charging me almost $900. Not only was I frustrated but I was inconvenienced because I will have to wait for the money to be returned to my card. I went to make a purchase and left with no furniture and about $900 less on my card. They have very poor customer service and DO NOT uphold what they tell customers. I was very disgusted with the way the situation was handled. Poor ownership... Poor customer service... No integrity...
I had a wonderful experience. Brianna Horton was very patient and informative. She gave a follow up call to see if I was still interested and that sealed my decision because she remembered me. I came the next day and made my purchase. The facility is very clean and welcoming. I feel good about my new living room.
