No quality control. Paid $3,000 for a sofa and it has a few quality control issues. I'd contact Ashley furniture but the sales rep made it clear to not call when we find faults after the initial delivery. We were told after we signed the papers it was all on us at that point. But let's be realistic..there are some things you just can't notice at a quick glance. So now I see why the sales rep made that so perfectly clear, they sell problematic furniture.
I came to Ashley's Furniture for some living room pieces to complete my new place and Gabe was such a great help!! He helped me from start to finish without being your typical pushy salesman. Instead, he was very patient and made me feel comfortable with the whole furniture buying experience! Because of his great customer service I left out with more than I originally planned but needless to say I love every item that I purchased! Thanks Gabe for all your help! I recommend him to anyone looking for a stress free furniture shopping experience.
I bought a bed, mattress and lamps from Ashley Furniture in Greensboro Aimee spent a lot time with us and gave us a wonderful customer experience. Aimee and her manager were kind efficient and helped in making our purchases and delivery go really smooth. Very please and would highly recommend them.
I would avoid Ashley furniture due to lack of quality control. They have nice stuff and the finish is great on everything but nothing is perfect and that's just sad. We ordered a full living room set (Coffee table, sectional, two end tables, two lamps and a rug) and everything needs to be worked on aside from the rug and lamps.
Don't get me wrong the furniture is nice. The couch is very comfortable and the tables have nice finishes but there's just some issues with the furniture that I don't understand.
Today's experience was nothing short of amazing. Mr. Joe Mann was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with us. Most importantly, he listened to our need and didn't try to push anything else on us. He was completely honest and informed us on the importance of purchasing insurance and the additional items we needed to ensure we'd have maximum use of our purchase. We came in to simply look and because of Mr. Joe's superb customer service, we decided to move forward with the purchase today.
Don't go here. They have great financing options, sure, but do you really want to settle for expensive furniture riddled with issues?
Our $600 lift top table is uneven when closed. They sent someone out to fix it initially and he told us there's just not much you can do about it and that there will always be a gap on either side. So that's still messed up and we have multiple issues with our power reclining couch like I said.
