The store came highly recommended and I can see why. Walked in with an idea of what I wanted, looked around for 2 minutes and immediately got some help. Patrick listened to what I had in mind and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I’m not new to biking, it had just been 10+ years that I sat on one. So he sized the bike for me and... Well let’s just say I bought one on the spot. He also helped my pick the best car carrier and was extremely helpful in finding the perfect helmet for me. Once I left the store I took my new bike to the trail right away and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend this store and it will be the only bicycle store I will be visiting as long as I’m in the area. Thank you again, Patrick, for your outstanding customer service!
Like any other Performance Bike chain store. Pretty clean and well maintained. Not the best prices compared to online retailers and bike stores. Decent selection and staff if you need help.
Got my tri bike there. They are more familiar with MTB and Road but besides that they help me out to make a good decision. When you walk back they remember you. They are also cyclists so their advice always comes with evidence behind.
We are older adults and just purchased new bikes. The entire staff at Performance Bicycle went out of their way to make sure we picked bikes that fit our needs, helped us with accessories, and gave us any needed instructions. The entire experience was wonderful, and we wouldn't look anywhere else for our biking needs!

Mechanic is super cool, he advises you and don't make you overspend on things you should not.
