This guy sometimes can be rude or cheating
If it were possible I would give this family run sham negative stars. The only reason they get business is the lack of competitors. The customer service is not existent, For example, I needed flight information emailed to me and was promised by the end of the day. I called back next day informing them I never received info, but they wanted to argue with me. After numerous phone calls,(they don't even have an email address!) I was able to coax a confirmation number out of the owners daughter. If possible stay away, not professional, incompetent and social skills of baboons. -------Tam from Chapel Hill
