I recently ordered a tag for our new puppy, and was so excited to receive it! However, when it arrived in the mail, the engraving was not legible and so the tag was worthless. If you place an order with this company, you'll receive an e-mail from the owner stating that they stand behind their product 100%. That is not true. After going through their extensive refund process, my request was denied without providing any reason. Obviously, I will never do business with Hot Dog Collars again.
