Not big, but sufficient
Purchased an item that once I got it home did not work. When I returned it I could not get my money back, only a store credit. I do not think it is fair to keep a person's money for an item that's not even able to be used!

Rude women work here. I asked questions and 2 African American women act as if they didn't want to answer. The first lady walked away from me as if I wasn't standing behind a customer waiting to speak to her. I went in with the intentions on buying a Christmas tree. The customer service was terrible! I walked out and will never go into another Salvation Army.
This is the nicest Salvation Army I have ever been through. The select means all the nicest stuff and brands, but you are going to pay more.
