Delivery was arranged within a 2-hour window (perfectly understandable and acceptable) and the staff called us ahead of time to let us know when they would be arriving, which I appreciated very much.
Co-owners Ray and Wayne have a combined total of almost 50 years in the pool and spa industry. We purchased a Jacuzzi which was custom-made to our specifications and it didn’t cost us a dime more.

Paradise Pools and Spas was far-and-away the best in every regard.

These guys are great & easy to deal with. We had a mix up on where to deliver the hot tub & Ray didn't charge anymore for having to drive 2 1/2 hours to deliver & set up the tub. When they set it up there was a problem with the power going to the tub. (it was the electricians mess up) Lee took the time to figure out what was going on & fixed that also at no extra charge. Highly recommended.

Decided to get a hot tub and found these guys online. The reviews were phenomenal and prices were better than here in our town. We went in with the plan to just look and ended up with a great deal on a hot tub instead. When it was delivered there was a slight issue and it wouldn't turn on but they ordered parts and Ray came out on a Sunday to fix it. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were pleased. I would recommend all of my friends who are looking for a pool or a hot tub to them!
