I place an online order to be shipped to the store. I get the confirmation that my shoes are at the store bring your photo ID. ..ok great! While driving to the store I start getting random long distance calls I decided to answer after the 2nd call.It's Champs hey Myia sorry but your order is no longer going to the store it will be shipped to your house. .Ummm that's not want I wanted ! I got an email telling me it's at the store , the rep says oh yeah that was an error. Then he informs me you should have the package by next week! Sir my Son's party is this Sunday. ..no sympathy
They were very helpful. Especially the one beautiful woman. I think her name was Brittany. The shoes that I wanted weren't in stock so she ordered them for me. Wonder if she is single?
Well I decided to call the store as i truly thought due to the lack of customers service this must be a fake call....well it wasn't the store SOLD my shoes to someone else therfore it will be sent to my home and my Son will not be able to open his present on his birthday. ..oh but he can watch his twin open her gift.......due to the lack of customer service I will not be shopping here again!
