This store got bad service I bought my shoes from here a week ago and I feel pain in my foot and I came here and they said we can't return the shoes they are very bad and I never come back again here
Aldo has consistently given me incredible customer service. Sure they stay busy, but this does not stop the workers from assisting you quickly and professionally. Employees are consistently friendly, courteous, and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Their shoe selection is also wonderful and range from simple to elaborate. If you are in the market for new shoes be sure to check out Aldo!

This store four seasons they have bad management she rode with a customer and she's been very badly with customer and I'm never gonna come back to Aldo store
My husband purchased 2 pairs of shoes about 30 days ago at this location for over $150 each , the quality of one pair was bad, he came to return them today with the original receipt and was giving all the excuses you can think of... you do not have the box (we do not keep boxes of products we intent to keep), that the shoes are for looks only, etc Lauren (associate) finally ordered the shoes online to be delivered to our home, but made them a "final sale"... so if we get them and still have issues we are stuck with them. They offer a poor customer service, she pretends to be "funny" with customers but she is not at all. Will never buy from them again.
