Although some of the staff were polite. I came to visit my father and he had been sitting in urine, poop, and there was dried vomit under his chair for over 24 hours. No one called to inform us that he was sick.

It's the 5 star care the patients receive not just from nursing and rehab but with every interaction with any team member. Truely taking the notion of treating patients like they are your family member and turning them into family so By the time they leave both the patient/family and staff members are sad the time went by so quickly.
Stayed there 11/17-12/14 2017 and I got very good care. The staff for the most part was awesome and the therapy professionals were top notch . Keep up the great work! Thank you!
I enjoy working at Guilford due to the friendly staff atmosphere! The residents make it worth while each day. Our goal is to treat all residents with the proper care and you can see that as soon as you walk into our building. We care about the well being of each of our residents.
