I have been trying to get medical records for my child from this place for 2 months now. I finally got to speak to someone face to face about this last week and was told she would put a rush request on it and would have the records for me within a couple days. A week later still no records. This is delaying my daughter from receiving much needed care at another doctors office.
Not terrible, but definitely not the best. Administrative issues and not well organized.
Customer Service extremely rude.
The staff are cold and unfriendly
