Paul, our technician installed our fence yesterday. I couldn't have been more impressed with his patience, friendliness & professionalism. He calmly waited while my wife asked countless questions. We never felt rushed throughout the process. Paul treated us like we were his only client for the day and he stayed until we felt comfortable with the program. He deserves the highest possible rating. The Invisible Fence system is very comprehensive & covers all our needs.

We decided to have an invisible fence installed by Invisible Fence of the Triad as well as pay extra to have our puppy trained on the system. The installation of the system was quickly completed and when we were ready, Jon Hayes, the trainer assigned to us, began the 1st of 3 training sessions. Jon's love of dogs was evident in the kind and caring attitude he exhibited toward our 3 barking, jumping dogs. He was patient and willing to spend the time necessary to work with our puppy that was stubborn in regards to acknowledging the fence's boundaries. We just completed the training with complete success for all 3 dogs. I highly recommend this company!
We just had an upgraded system put in today. I can not say enough about Paul our technician from Invisible fence of the triad. This guy was probably the sole reason this process went so smoothly and so positively .He spent considerable time explaining all of our options and giving each one of our four dogs specialized training and compassion. Have been with Invisible Fence since 1996. Had two dogs trained on it and now have 2 goldendoodles starting it. Paul came out and went through everything with me very thoroughly and updated our system and collars. Took his time to explain and make sure I understood all information and training of puppies. Was very impressed with his expertise and patience.
