My 2 year-old loves this place. Like the fact that they have open play all day everyday. Also they offer coupons at the discount prices
I went to a birthday party with my son last year at your Greensboro location, and it was a fun experience! My soon turns 4 next month on the 23rd of October, and I would love to have a party there, however with two of us in college (me and my daughter) and a one- income family, i don't think i can afford to do it this year. I am happy you have a Winston-Salem location now, which is only 5 minutes from my home. I highly recommend everyone to go once and you'll love it!
*THE FIRST, BUT NOT THE LAST*
They don't allow adults to wear shoes walking around watching your children playing, and they also don't allow strollers to go across the floor by the play area. It's a smaller place with not many areas to play, but a good location. The staff are pretty friendly. One time we went to a party that was held in the room upstairs. The room itself was private and quite roomy, but there is no elevator access. So I had to fold down my stroller and leave it downstairs by the bathrooms hoping no one did anything with it while I carried my sleeping infant in his car seat up the narrow stairs. It would have been nice if the staff offered to hold it behind the desk or something. My older child enjoys playing here when we go, but I don't think it's the best jumping place or experience for parents or whole families. It's fun and a good choice on a less crowded weekday, but not my favorite, especially on a weekend.
I had my sons 8th Birthday party here!! I'm highly dissatisfied. 2 days before the party I spoke with a lady who confirmed details and said the earliest we could arrive was 615 and that we would have the party room from 715 to 815 and that the kids could play as long as they would like there was no time. Remind you this is my first time here. Before 8 pm they were closing things down and cleaning up. My party host never came to check on me, only told me that she would be calling the family to the room in a minute this is at 7. In my package my son was also supposed to receive a plus doll and he never received one. I spoke to someone higher, and he was very careless never not once apologized only stated that's there hours!! I will never come back to this facility as well as I will never ever recommend this place to anyone!! I paid a good bit of money for us not to receive everything in our package as well as such horrible service. I'm highly dissatisfied!!!!! First time for me and my family and it will definitely be our last!!!!!
Today was our first experience with Safari Nation, WS. We had an amazing time. Our family of four was entertained the whole time. Many areas of play. Games with tickets. And even bumper car/boats. It was complete joy. Even the staff was very helpful. Charles, an employee, helped my husband and I, with an overview of the place since it was our first. We will definitely be back!
