We had our daughter's birthday party here and we were very pleased with the facility and the staff. A great experience. Great customer service!
Got kicked in the shin by a 3 year old. When I reported it to the staff they laughed at me because I was still crying. Not really just kidding its great fun to be there. Staff and everything's great.
Staff tends to stand around talking to each other rather than ensuring the rules are obeyed at each of the jumps. As I parent I definitely ensure my children know but I highly recommend watching your children closely while they play so you can ensure they are safe at all times. Kids will be kids and it is just best you are actively watching and helping them make good choices.
They do kw have an area for kids 4 and under so that is good for littler ones.
Love bumper jumpers. Have been for a birthday party and just to take my kids. Kids love it. They seem to switch the bounce houses every time we go. The last time the had a cool indoor play ground thing. I have jumped in some of the stuff my self and had a blast. The last time they didn't have the slide thing they had before and that was a slight disappointment but other than that its fun for kids and parents
To be fair, my kids loved it. But they also don't see what an adult would.
We were really disappointed with how beat up and dirty the equipment was. On a trip, we visited as a break along the way. We had went based on these great reviews. Hmmm
There were only three inflatables. One seemed to be off to the side in repair. Some of the games had out of order signs on them. The water fountain was FILTHY. Wish we'd went somewhere else.
