Lacks competence and professionalism. Relays misinformation to customers. I was told to bring ANY piece of mail for identity verification. When I arrived at the office, I was told I had the wrong type of mail
They clearly do not know how to do their job!
They wasted my time! The employee Emily, after setting my appointment on the phone with me for 1:45, wasn't able to see me until 2:07, she then asked me for paperwork that she did NOT ask me to bring over the phone. If I was notified properly I would have had the correct paperwork. She proceeds to send me to my bank to get a bank statement, in which I did. After returning at 2:30, she proceeded to help another client in the lobby. When she finally asked me to come to the desk, she proceeded to take a phone call instead of placing them on hold. As she is pulling things up in her computer she asks for a second paystub, I found one from 1/2 jobs in the car. Of course I do not have the second paystub, if you would have told me this information over the phone, or when I was there the first time and you sent me to the bank, I would have had the correct paperwork. She proceeds to apologize with an attitude and give the excuse that she didn't check the system before sending me to the bank. It is now 3pm and I have wasted all of my time because I don't have the proper paperwork.
