I got my loan when they were Springleaf, they were awesome to work with. I always make my payments online, however today was traveling and called to make it by phone. Was told I had to call the branch I got the loan at, which is who I called. I was told to call another number, when doing so was told to call another... so apparently when you want to pay them back they don't want the money??? Insane. Don't give me the run around when I am doing what I am supposed to do!
I am really glad I am able to work with One Main...I made a crazy decision and needed funds quickly, had exhausted other means and they stepped in and helped me out...Even when I pay the loan off, I would consider using them and have told others about them..Very professional, very courteous, very prompt...Awesome group of people!!!!
