Girl working at Starbucks was obnoxiously loud and repetitive. She was clowning around and dropping items several times. I could hear her through my headphones as I was working. She was antagonizing the other employees and customers were looking around as she was singing and carrying on. I have never been to a Starbucks where an employee has been this insanely loud. Her personal conversations never let up. Her distraction was evident in her work as I received someone else's coffee. This isn't a library but consideration of customers would be nice.
Slowest service at any Starbucks ever! This was supposed to be a pit stop, we could have gone to Cracker Barrel faster. Go somewhere else.
The female manager was extremely pleasant when I expressed my concern to her, but the backlash that I continuously received from all the staff afterwords was extremely unprofessional. I was even approached by the girl I had made a complaint on after she made my drink wrong several times with a comment “Hopefully I don’t mess up your drink today” followed by “can you tase it so you don’t run to my manager and get me in trouble again” ... I go to this location everyday and spend on a minimum of 45-50 dollars a week in this store specifically and probably close to 100 dollars a week throughout the brand. What gives? I always tip and I felt the feedback was necessary so someone else wouldn’t have to experience this, but now I just feel like I’m going to have to drive 8-9 miles out of my way just so I’m not targeted with a bad attitude every morning. Extremely disappointed.
She would repetitively bang the grinder on the counter and obviously loved to be heard over everyone else.
Christmas Evening. ..the only place open. ..crowds of people. .. nice friendly service from people away from their families. Most enjoyable and appreciated experience
Great drinks. Try the refreshers with lemonade instead of water. Great way to enhance your day
