Ordered online, around 730, about an hour and a half before close. Paid extra for a bowl of soup instead of a cup, however the bowl of soup was half empty making it the amount of a cup of soup. To make matters worse, the soup is warm at best and did not come with the croutons as the menu states. There was also mold in the ice that came out of the machine.
Well, they used to be pretty good. I don't know if the staff has changed or what, but I've experienced quite a few mistakes in my orders here lately. Guess I need to start thoroughly checking my food before I get home from now on. Also, my rapid pickup orders have been up to 10 minutes late recently. Kinda frustrating when you order ahead, and still have to go to the place and wait that long for your food. Kind of eliminates the purpose of rapid pick up...
Great food. Got a free bagel for having their loyalty card! Free coffee refills. Comfortable seating. WiFi. Love my Panera!
Food is fine as expected. Waited over 20 minutes for food after ordering, as did all other customers. We were all frustrated because no one bothered to tell us up front that they are having longer than normal waits. Perhaps this is this store’s standard. No manager to be found on the floor or behind the counter.
Horribly slow service, enormous lines at both the order area and pick-up area. We paid for beverages we didn’t receive and overcharged for a hot water with added caramel syrup. The tables were all filthy and when ordering they were out of so many items such as chips, bread bowls, chicken noodle soup. I’m not sure if it’s always this crazy here, but out of the two dozen Panera’s that I’ve been to, this one is the worst.
You have to ask for butter as well as water glasses. I hope the management steps it up. At this price, I expect better. Party of 5.
