Grew up going to the Original Dunks in Quincy Ma. Now the closest one to me is this one. The Absolute Worst DD I have ever walked into. NEVER any donuts or Bagels to pick from. And if the do have any Donuts there around the back for some reason and they seem to be a day or two old. The people that work there could care less and the ice coffees are watered down and never taste right. Wish I didn't have to give them one star but whatever. Will never go there again..
Everytime I come through the drive thru, they always make you hold on for a minute..They need more help for consistency..
You would think that a place that serves breakfast items would have more than one employee working at 7:40 am, but not these guys! I guess upper management can't justify the cost of having another employee working to move customers in and out a little quicker. The last thing I want on the way to work is to have to stand in line for 20 minutes waiting to be served mediocre donuts and coffee...
When I asked them why they never have donuts, they told me I have to get there early. Ummm.... it's only 9 am and you are a donut shop! It is still early. You should always have donuts. The munchkins I settled for were stale.
This location sucks 98% of the time. The employees have no sense of urgency. It should not take 10 minutes to get coffee at the drive thru. I have wanted to call corporate so many times but I feel the complaint will fall on deaf ears. Do better DD!
